At Cozy Earth, we stand by the quality of our premium bedding and loungewear with a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return process is seamless and cost-free.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
